Who's Stalking Who?

Is it my imagination or is this bird more focused on me than I am on it?

I'm very happy to report that we spent most of Saturday on a beautiful beach in Rhode Island without a single bird poop landing on us. Which is incredible seeing as these suckers flew about 6 feet overhead all day long.
