This picture sums up our awesome weekend. Our house is finally a home thanks to the visits from our friends. For those of you that made it out, thank you so much. The weekend was priceless. For those of you that couldn't make it, we so look forward to seeing you soon.
Our friend Sheryl made that giant fortune cookie and inside was the "Home Sweet Home" fortune. I just loved it. How creative was that? Sheryl refuses to read the blog, but I'm going to publicly thank her anyway . . . or maybe guilt her into starting to visit and read it.

I'm very bummed that we missed you this weekend... would have been nice to see Uncle John and Angelo, Penny and their kids!
We tried to squeeze it in, but Lizzy's soccer game ended at 2:30 which at best case would have put us there at 3:30 and we could have stayed exactly 1 hour before we had to turn around and come back home...
Wasn't worth the stress - but we DO want to come down for a visit SOOOOOOON!!!!!
